Transcript turnaround time is 7-10 business days and expedited services are available if the need arises. Included with every transcript order is an electronic version delivered to your email address. A copy is also linked to your exhibits in .pdf format and delivered on our unique Pocket Transcript™ USB device and we also upload a copy of every transcript to our online case repository for your use 24/7.

eTranscript Formats

DepoTexas offers a variety of preferred formats for deposition transcripts (ASCII, RealLegal.PTX, and Adobe.PDF). eTranscripts are the industry standard for creating, delivering, and viewing legal deposition transcripts. They have a many features which ASCII files lack. The most obvious differences are the keyword index feature that enables you to access specifics from your transcript and a search feature which gives you the power to find keywords throughout the entire legal transcript.

DepoTexas eTranscripts provide many printing and formatting options:

• Print condensed or full size eTranscripts
• Indicate the number of eTranscript pages on a condensed page
• Print out the notes section of an eTranscript
• Print the eTranscript questions and / or answers in bold

DepoTexas also scans and hyperlinks all your exhibits within eTranscripts and delivers it on our Pocket Transcript™ USB device in .pdf format. Exhibit types include photos, blueprints and drawings.
